ChefTroy, is organised within Troy Group of United States origin. Troy Group is now presenting the Turkish Market with its 70 years experience and knowledge of spices and powder mixes in the United States of America and has been working with many companies in our country since last 10 years as their solution partner for fixing their tastes with its different flavours and solutions for practical, affordable and variable requirements.

We have developed our products on the basis that they are easy to use and store such as powder products, spice mixes and seasonings, powdered sweets and powdered sauces. We offered these flavours and tastes for sale as Foodmate and ChefTroy and at the same time we produce specific products for our customers who demand their products with their own brand names as Private Label.

As Troy Group our objective is to produce healthier and tastier products and to be able to establish lasting friendships with our customers.

SAUCES

We produced 7 different base sauces being influenced by the sauces used in the European, Far East, Ottoman and Turkish cuisines so that the chefs could quickly prepare their own new special sauces using the base sauce of their choice after making small taste adjustments.
